Bigger artwork behind your code

Logo behind the code now works more like a picture with a code on top. The artwork can cover up to 90% of the code instead of stopping at a fixed size, and a slider on the Logo tab sets how much. The small fourth eye that larger codes carry takes the same shape and colour as the three corners, so it no longer sits as a plain square in the middle of your image, and the white boxes that used to cut across the artwork are gone. We checked every preset logo at every size with a real decoder, so the light dots that keep the code scannable stay exactly where they are needed.
