Frames, captions and logos behind the code

Your QR code can now sit inside a frame: a plain outline, a card, or a band carrying a caption above or below the code. The caption starts as SCAN ME and is kept short so it always fits. There is also a new way to use a logo. Instead of sitting in the middle, it can go behind the code, so the pattern is drawn on top and your artwork shows through the gaps, with a slider to set how large that artwork is. It works best with a simple logo.
