Smoother gradients and diamond corners that scan

Two rendering fixes: a gradient now runs across the whole code, and diamond corners read at every size we tested.

Two fixes to how codes are drawn. A gradient used to restart inside every square or dot, which gave the code a tiled, textured look; it now sweeps across the whole code from one colour to the other, in every pattern style. Diamond corners were drawn too wide and spilled into the area scanners use to find the code, so a code with diamond corners would not scan; they now sit inside their squares and read at every size we tested. The scan check also warns when a corner centre shape does not suit its frame, with a link to the control that fixes it. Codes you saved earlier pick up both fixes the next time they are shown or downloaded.
